Refund Policy

1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our booking platform.

2. Cancellatio timeframes & refunds:

- More than 7 days: full refund

- Less than 7 days, no refund

Note: Refunds are processed within 5 - 10 business days

3. Clients who do not show up for their booking without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

4. You may reschedule your booking once without any penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Any further changes may incur a rescheduling fee.
