1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our booking platform.
2. Cancellation timeframes & refunds
- More than 7 days, Full refund
- Less than 7 days, No refund
Note: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
3. Clients who do not show up for their booking without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
4. You may reschedule your booking once without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Any further changes may incur a rescheduling fee.
